Joshua Tree National Park is an American national park in southeastern California, east of Los Angeles and San Bernardino, near Palm Springs. It is best known for its iconic flora. The slow-growing Joshua tree, which graces much of the park`s desert ecosystem, is probably the most famous resident of the park. With nearly 800,000 acres of mystical beauty, Joshua Tree National Park is undoubtedly one of the world`s most incredible natural desert treasures. Sweeping, grand in scale and populated by granite monoliths and voluptuous rock and boulder formations, the park offers wonder to eco-travelers, outdoor adventurists, and naturalists.
Rocks formations, green forest, clear crystal waters with breathtaking landscapes as well as cosmopolitan cities full of entertainment are offered in this Self-Drive Package. At the California "Golden State" spend glorious days in San Francisco, visiting (The Golden Gate, Alcatraz, or a sightseeing tour on cable car across its main avenues). Then drive up, and combine these three fantastic natural protected areas for excursions, walking trails, or amazing photos, like; Yosemite National Park (rock mountains, waterfalls and forest); Sequoia National Park and Joshua Tree National Park (unique shapes presented by their trees). Finally, stay in Los Angeles (a city full of themed attractions located around the city). Entrance to national parks is not included.
